I was a ovo-lacto-vegetarian for 12 years, then I developed an egg sensitivity and started having problems with the amount of tofu I was eating and decided that it was crazy and my body needed meat. rawr! Still have a hard time with big, industrial meat farms but a nice grass-fed steak? Mmmmmmm.
